This show is fascinating, ESPN always does this documentaries and docu series so well. They're not shying away from the Jalen Hurts stuff either. I absolutely these behind-the-scenes football shows and its so awesome to get such a behind the curtain look at something we dont get to see a lot of.

Denzel Duvall waking up the guys for the 1st day of camp. Opening doors and blasting that air horn. Memories!!!
To Tua- "that hand alright? Good!! We need you up and slinging them coconuts and pineapples!":rolf:

He opens up one of the freshmen's doors, I believe it was Josh Jobe, and there was a teddy bear in the bed. Duvall gives him HELL!!!!

The teddy bear exchange was pretty funny and cracked me up that all the other guys jabbed him and laughed as well..

Yeah, the air horn brings back high school football camp for me since that was the height/end of my football career, but yes, brings you right back to the last time you had a taste.

Second episode was just as great and I have to say, all of the stuff with Deonte Thompson was absolutely awesome. As someone that speaks to high school and college athletes regularly, I think the actual education aspect of all of this really starts to get lost at times and it was really cool to see his emotion at graduating and how all of his teammates reacted when he walked into the locker room with the diploma. Great stuff.

Good to see Tosh in action really for the first time. The guy is almost at Cochran levels of intense.

Buggs getting hot when the team wouldn't shut up for Saban to talk was pretty interesting, too.

I've been enjoying the reaction of the players in the skull rooms and throughout Kobe's presentation to the team. The ice bath they had seemed like a great way for the guys to cool it down.

After ESPN is done, I'm afraid our secret is out. Train the brain and the body follows.

Liked the "strip the ball" drill they were running. Also the drill the LBs were running with the S pattern through the bags and then swatting the QB was a very dynamic drill. That drill especially struck me as being more detail oriented and complex in contrast to some of the more basic drills you see other teams running. JMO

He has bought in to the program big time. Big Pooh has the desire to be a great one for the greatest program in the country, and for that I respect the hell out of him. he hasn't spent four years at Alabama like most, but he bought in, earned his time, and is making a major difference on and now off the field. I think he will have another great season and share a monster season with Raekwon Davis.
