So the SEC singlehandedly shut it down, something the BIG XII couldn't do. I find it funny that what helped create a gigantic divide forcing several universities to leave the conference is now being shutdown.

Me. I defaulted to Zabruder Film. In that vein, OU is both assassin and benefactor, short of Sankey being the second spitter.

Pretty similar to what we did to their relevancy as a football program after '09.
OU is the first in the SEC who will have their own feeds/programming through ESPN+: SoonerVision.

What's the draw there? I know they have a passionate fan base, but so does every other SEC program. Was the Longhorn Network successful? I heard zero about it once the headlines about the initial contract price faded.
@BamaFan334 the draw is watching OU sports. I'd imagine we'll see it soon for UA?

I get that. I just wonder why Oklahoma was their first choice to start with. They do have decent programs outside of football, so maybe that's it.
The timing makes me think that they have a window where TV discussions weren't under conference preview. I don't know for sure. I think OU had one PPV game per year up now. Still may and this supplements that.
