We really miss Primo's mid-season shooting looking forward it appears we wont get much from Bruner he has no legs. Ellis, Reese and Gary are going to have to pick up the slack on the offensive end of the court. Petty's time is now he's waited five years for this stage it's time to seize the moment.

Pretty obvious..... the 2 big keys..to me...
Score at the basket...when its there....cant keep missing easy scores..
Be good from charity stripe... free points...

all others mentioned would be great...
Great D
Stay outta foul trouble
Shoot better 3s....
Limit turnovers...
Dont get lazy with ball
Good teamwork..( switching..passing..)
Control boards

but if they play as usual...and hit free throws and score at basket....they will be fine

and officials hopefully will let them play...nobody is interested in watching officials blow their whistle

I agree with this. They do not have to be super human. Not a ton of things to clean up to win. Both are doable. They just do not have much if any margin with some of the scorers struggling right now. But that D keeps them in any game.

Like others have said.... try to keep the game at our pace. Run and convert off turnovers/rebounds. Maryland isn't deep, would be nice if they get into foul trouble early. Don't let it get too tight late where the Terps can slow it down, drain clock, and make things muddy.

Just how good is the SEC?

10RC gone
Mizzo gone
Gators gone
Hogs moved into 16
LSU TBD
Bama TBD
Ten lost to Oregon State which beat OkyState and is now in the 16
Mizzo lost to a better ranked Oklahoma in a fairly close game
UF lost to the Caldarella Oral Roberts who took out tOSU also and are now in the 16

These lower ranked teams are always dangerous in my opinion when it comes to March madness. Some have guys that have been playing together for 4 years (not sure if this is the case in Oral Roberts and/or Oregon State). That team chemistry can do a lot under the pressure of the lights of March Madness.

So far in the 16 you have a 7,8,11,12 and a 15 ranked team. Seems there has been a good amount of upsets or poor seeding so far.

Anyway, it really doesn't matter how good or bad the SEC is... it only really matters how good or bad Bama is. Roll Tide...

This. Much easier to say teams are overrated getting beat by cinderella teams.
