Zero clue if it's true, bht I saw something on Instagram that their first and second string kickers had tested positive and aren't making the trip. They have a true freshman there now. Once again, caught it in passing, so zero percent sure if it's true, just sharing what I saw.

With the margin of the win maybe this will not be as big of an excuse as it could have been. Would the margin have changed maybe. 28 points doubtful. Would they have held us below 30 points? No.

my question is why did they suffer from so many Covid issues when we practically had none? That's the defense I'd throw against any blowback about who they were missing. I mean the B1G was supposed to have some really stringent protocols, right?

Most of Bama's team had Covid, but it was before the season. Some during the season, but not much to have an impact. It hit the coaching staff harder during the season.
