I’d be surprised if Sark didn’t have to quarantine too. They have coaches meetings all the time.
Trump broke every rule in place. But rules obviously don’t apply to him.
Saban will have to abide by the sec rules, which I assume are at least as stringent as the cdc rules. Someone here may know more about that however.

That is December 12. There is no other week in the season both are off. UGA is off 10/31 and Bama is off 11/7 otherwise.

Would be an absolute shame for this game to be played without CNS... But also, him alone shouldn't be enough to postpone it (I say that gritting my teeth). 2020 is so crazy, they may not get another chance to play it.
