I don’t follow how a 2nd round DT, OL and LB are related to Mac’s performance numbers behind one of the best Oline I’ve seen in college football?
Mac is good enough for sure, but put that talent behind the oLine we had last year and it becomes special for sure. Without that oline… I’m not sure it matters as much how good the WR are… if you don’t have time to throw to them. Mac had all day in most games to pic his target and deliver a strike.
Thats not to say our WRs and Mac himself were not great in their own right… just that his outstanding numbers have a lot to do with that outstanding oLine.
