Gonna be really interesting to see how Miami handles the NCAA and how the NCAA handles Miami...

The NCAA was not at all troubled by violating its own rules and guidance when they hammered us in the Alfred Means case.
The courts have held that the NCAA is a voluntary association and can do pretty much as it pleases.
It will indeed be interesting to see how they handle this.
