RIP. One of the greats. Even though I was born in 86 I was raised on classics like the Andy Griffith Show and No Time for Sergeants. So sad to hear he's gone.

in case this wasn't mentioned on the news... Jerry Seinfeld's show had a secret tribute to Andy...
Seinfeld announced on Twitter Tuesday night that “the reason every ‘Seinfeld’ character [is] greeted with ‘Hey, (name)’ ” was to pay homage to Griffith, whose 1960s hit series the “Andy Griffith Show” featured the signature line “Hey, Andy.”
