Please! I was just kidding. :roll: I need to know why the people's champs aren't embarassed to come back and play another season at Auburn after all the ridicule they have recieved. Phony championship rings, claiming to be better than USC and being shown up, and if I remember during the last leg of the regular season, Auburn was happy to claim the #2 spot saying "Oklahoma doesn't deserve it! Duhurrr!"
"We's gonna play them rubbers in Southern California at the Arnge Bol! We's the real number two!" Or something to that effect. "Go Tubby! Make us special!"
It is so sad. :(

Did Choklahome deserve it? Getting a beat down like they did, it doesn't appear so. Would Auburn have fared any better? We'll never know. But I would have liked to see it.

I tell you what, I like coming off a 13-0 season a hell of a lot better than coming off a 6-6 season saying, "We's coulda, shoulda, woulda been undefeated...if it wasn't fer these pesky losses."
